• Hours for terms questions at Primeroad Atelier: Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00. Site reference this site, desk Korenmarkt 56.
• Quotes from the studio stay valid for the window stated in the reply; silent price lists on this site are guides only for Ghent visitors.
• Hold policies: deposits for tailor sessions on this site are noted on your ticket; no-shows after written confirmation may forfeit the hold under Belgium consumer rules that still apply.

Risk of loss for items left overnight at Korenmarkt 56, 9000 Ghent transfers back at pickup; keep your ticket stub ending 5683.
